The 1st is ProjectVoteSmart which has voting records, issue group ratings, speeches etc.

The 2nd is opensecrets.org. The was started by the Center for Responsive Politics to create more transparency of FEC records and make those reocrds easier to search. They have industry breakdowns, PAC info. Pretty much anything that must be filed with the FEC.
