1. Because the media are in love with his stained teeth, bad breath, turkey neck, age spots, and..

...his manly 5'6" stature.

6. He was probably leaning on a chair or something..

This site gave him an extra inch. I think it was Wikipedia or someplace like that which lists him as 5'6"

12. McCain is a fool
but no need to make fun of someone's height or weight. How classy. :eyes:

Many men can be manly and be 5-6 or less.

2. this was almost two months ago, and I must've missed it, cause I
haven't seen any discussion of this on the tv shows, which is the only venue that matters for the average news consumer.

did I miss it? did I miss the discussion here, as I was away for most of July?

how much more blatant do the lies get?

does Obama have ANYbody watching for this stuff? all he needs to do is put up clips of McCain contradicting himself, then denying he ever said what he said, like he did in New Orleans, or on the plane with the NYT reporter. did you see those?

3. Yep
Completely agree. Point out each and every BS statement via commercial. Undermine his credibility over and over again using the FACTS.

4. This was discussed somewhat a couple months ago
and also discussed about a week ago when McCain said that everything was on the table (including payroll tax increases) and then later claimed that tax increases aren't on the table. I think it's pretty clear that the Obama camp knows that McCain doesn't know what position to take on Social Security. Just wait until later in the campaign when McCain is on his limited budget of general election funds and then slam him with it.

7. McCain probably became coated in teflon
and the auto-default candidate with the media about the time a Democratic candidate declared him ready for the White House day one.

Though it's plausible this happened shortly after the news departments were expected to be profit bearing.

9. Obama should highlight what he is going to do about social security
as a way of bringing up McSame's stance on the issue.
