Sorry but the attack AD's work
and Obama needs to start getting on board. This was the only thing I was scared about when picking Obama over Hillary. Obama wont fight back with attack AD"s and sorry but they do work. Always have. Go look back in history. Its why people always use them. They destroyed Kerry. Heck even when Hillary attacked Obama it worked. He was killed in Ohio & PA.

Obama needs to fight hard because McSame is chipping away at Obama and we will never win a close election. You know GOP will steal tons of inner city votes. Then you have the Bradley effect.

Im just so freaking scared we will lose!

1. He will--it's only the first week of August. He's starting, with the oil ad--
makes McDouchebag look corrupt.

5. I can't tell you how happy I am to see this ad.
It's some of the best news I've seen all day.

Tough, truthful, and tied to Bush - exactly what we need.

3. Actually, his numbers rose in Ohio and Penn. from the original poll
taken before the race for those states commenced. So I don't agree. And, frankly, Hillary was better at the attacks than McCain.

Anyway, Obama has an attack ad today.

4. Yes, They Do With Hours Of Free Airplay By Fox News

Obama's ads will not get the same subsidy. Indeed, there is a funny video on the political videos board where Hannity accidentally played an Obama video in its entirety. Obama actually does have attack videos, but you do not see them unless you are in a battleground state, because Democrats have to pay for their ads. Fox News just plays McCain's ads as "analysis," then repeats the theme of the ad again and again.

Obama can and should continue to show ads in battleground states. However, the Democrats will not win a Big Media war, because Big Media is biased, and filled with right leaning pundits. Thus, the key needs to be alternative media (youtube, blogs, etc.) and a ground game (rallies, walking precincts).

6. He'll go on the attack

I'm confident of that. The recent dip in the polls and attacks from McCain does two things. It brings Obama's numbers down a bit but also raises Obama's funds by a lot. It makes him look less like the big frontrunner and more like the underdog.
