Stealth Obama literature distribution via eBay sale?
I sold a few things on eBay recently and am boxing them up to ship. What would happen if I, oh, accidentally dropped some Obama campaign literature in the boxes, some of which just happen to be going to swing states. If this happened, accidentally of course, what would be the most interesting thing to go in? On the chance I've sold to some right-winger who would trash my feedback score, this could be dangerous, so I just should be careful that nothing accidentally drops in from the pile of mail on my desk, even if it might be interesting food for thought for someone in a swing state, right?

1. Send it anonymously under separate cover at a later date.

Or with a "Thank You" letter as a gift after they give you positive feedback.

2. If you find a REAL RW nut, you're right, your feedback could suffer.
However, aren't there some Positive Obama articles in your newspaper? I know I read some of the stuff people use for packing, especially when it's from a State I'm not too familiar with.

3. This really isn't the same thing but I picked up my neighbor's
mail for them while they were on vacation. I had some Obama literature left from canvassing and just "happened" to put it with their mail. I'm sure they will think that it was in their mailbox and I just brought it all in. They aren't smart enough to know that it is illegal to put stuff in mailboxes. They are right wingers and Limpballs is their hero.

4. I can't predict what a rightwing crazy would
do, but I was pretty annoyed when something I ordered from Amazon last week arrived with a gratuitous flag pin. I will not do business with that party again.

5. Don't mix your business with your politics.
Republicans do that. You don't have to.

You can do more for Obama with traditional stuff - handing out flyers to people who are willing to take them, doing rallies, working with Obama-supported local Democrats and the like. But mixing your business with your politics is what causes me to hate certain sellers. (I will never, ever buy from an "overt Christian" who displays crosses and fish-symbols.)

7. If you print your own return address labels
Put just the little Obama red/white/blue circle from his logo next to your name. It's not in your face like flyers, but the logo is there.
