The McCain ad is very similar to the scum ad used against Harold Ford

It's a subliminal appeal to the hidden racism and fears of many middle aged and older white males and females. By putting Obama next to two famous slutty white women they are trying to scare the hell out of those people. It wasn't a coincidence. And theres not a damn thing Obama can do about that racism because it's such a hidden racist appeal that there is no way to strike back and call it race baiting. And the media narrative today? Predictably it's Obama that is playing the race card. That also wasn't a coincidence. They are both timed together; the racist ad and the Obama is playing the race card charge.

Guys, this shit WORKS for the undereducated people and especially the ones with hidden racist feelings. Would those people have voted for Obama anyways? I doubt it but I don't know.

It may be time that Obama goes negative. They want a fight. I say they should 527 hammer his ass while his campaign continues with positive messages with Obama's "I approve this message" at the end.

He and Michelle are an established, married couple with 2 adorable young daughters.

Ford: single while running for office and go have a peek at his current wife who he was dating while running, but trying to hide from the public. I don't care about who Ford is married to, but African-American women that I come into contact with do, and you can just imagine how the racist folks in this state felt about that, which was the basis for that sorry ad that the Corker campaign ran.

Obama needs to fight back, and we all need to have his back.

The reason that Harold was so up in arms is because it is well known that he dates White women exclusively. You're right that AA (men and women) were up in arms and not necessarily because of who he chooses to date; the problem is the Fords have an active policy where they only marry those that can pass a 'paper bag test'. That exclusionary attitude towards people of your own race doesn't go over well when you're trying to garner their vote.

As for Obama, the GOP is trying to use the same tactic but they misfired because the situation is entirely different. Harold Ford, Jr. will NEVER be Obama on his best of days and the GOP keeps doing us a favor by underestimating Barack.
