14. No. McCain attended a cancer benefit type event that was hosted by Armstrong
Armstrong invited him but Armstrong invites people from across the spectrum who have suffered from cancer.

9. They were trying to push a new talking point about Paris Hilton
They were trying to compare Obama to Hilton because they are both popular and draw big crowds.

18. What McCain is getting at
is that Obama is an attractive young "star" who can garner a lot of press and attention just like Paris and Britney do. I guess with that also insinuates that Americans should beware because stars like that also can bring controversy and a sense of no responsibility.

19. Some details...
John McCain's campaign has released a new television ad, "Celeb." It suggests that while Barack Obama may be "the biggest celebrity in the world," he isn't ready to lead.

The campaign says it spot, which in its imagery lumps Obama in with Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, will air on national cable and in key states.

"With gas prices soaring, Barack Obama says no to offshore drilling," an announcer says in the spot. "And, says he'll raise taxes on electricity. Higher taxes, more foreign oil, that's the real Obama."

The Obama camp response should be something like "Apparently, McCain thinks it is a negative image for our children to grow up with the image of people in a foreign country waving American flags. Some of our children have never seen that . It's time to restore dignity to America. and PS: MEGAN MCCAIN HANGS OUT WITH HEIDI FROM THE HILLS!"
