Pete Hamill really let Joe have it
Edited on Wed Jul-30-08 05:55 AM by PCIntern
in that Professorial fashion...when Joe said that Obama was being "I I I" hamill reminded him that Reagan did exactly htat...Joey was really cowed when intellectual reason is applied to his stupidity, he wilts. A lady sent an e-mail saying that Hamill was the voice of reason...that she had stopped watching Joey but if he had hamill on more frequently, she'd watch again.

He was not pleased...Joey the Ignorant "Intern Killer'.

1. I really enjoyed that! Wish he were on the panel every day...

And... the bit at the end where Joe was harping on Obama's hubris and Hamill said something like, "Oh yeah, and McCain says he knows how to end a war... what war did he end? We lost Vietnam..."

Mika, WAKE UP. THIS is the kind of repartee you are capable of... stop being a fricking MOUSE.

2. Mika behaves as if she is afraid of him.
It is really pathetic at times. She is not being herself on that show and I think it is beginning to damage her career. She is a very intelligent woman, but she is acts like a kid bullied on the school bus. I once thought the chemistry between Mika and Joe was pretty good, but now I think the relationship between the two of them is awful.

3. Terrific when Hamill said about McCain's hubris, "I know how to win wars." And, what war was that?
