It's not Arnold Schwarzenegger who will be the first Prez not born in the USA.
No, after there's a constitutional amendment, it will be Queen Elizabeth II who will win the Republican nomination and become President.

Then and only then will we move beyond this separation of powers stuff and combine executive, legislation, and judicial branches into the person of Elizabeth II, First Queen of America.
