Bush is understanding.....wait, What!?
He agreed to sign legislation to help settle the housing crisis. As a man almost physically incapable of doing good, why did he agree on this?

There's a poll showing the damn best reasons why he would do this. I chose "When the economy gets drunk, he knows how important a hangover helper can be".
