That's what I remember: "Wag the Dog". They were more interested in spending our tax dollars on Clinton's penis & not our security or Bin Laden. Bush never followed up on the USS Cole, though he had many months to do so, before 9/11. He did, however have time for many, many vacations & giving the Taliban 43 million dollars in April 2001, fully knowing Bin laden was there & implicated in the USS Cole attack.

God, I hate republicans. Bush and his "administration" ignored Richard Clarke. They ignored a August 2001 PDB: "Bin laden determined to attack in the US"

I always think of 9/11 as occuring on the watch of 3 incompetent republicans: Bush, Rudy G and George Pataki. Rudy, the big "terrorist fighter" who didn't have a clue how to protect the WTC or NY, who couldn't even give cops & firemen adequate radios to communicate with during that crisis. Ditto for Pataki & Bush, also clueless.

I hope Obama surrounds himself with as many people from the Clinton administration as he can, especially his economic advisors.
