John McCain is a Traitor to the United States
He spilled the beans on when Obama is supposed to land in Iraq. Now if that isn't a treasonous act, I don't know what is. He took his old ass over there and no one knew the details on when he was to land. He took his old ass over there and walked through the "streets of Baghdad" and had about 50-11 Blackhawk attack helicopters hovering over his old senile ass. He's suppose to be some type of war hero? This treasonous, Judas basically tried to send a one up to the crazies who would try to do Obama harm.

I believe every single word about McCain's treasonous acts over in Vietnam when he was a POW. I don't doubt FOR ONE SECOND that he sang like a fucking BIRD. He is a small, tiny, insignificant piece of shit of a man to do this. He is NOTHING. He gave the Vietcong everything they wanted for a cushier stay. This TREASONOUS bastard should be DISQUALIFIED from running for POTUS.

FUCK YOU JOHN MCINSANE!

9. Here you go.

It seems the same John McCain that traveled to Iraq under cloak of secrecy, the same John McCain who lambasted the media for wanting details about his son's hitch in Iraq, has no qualms whatsoever about giving Al-Q a heads-up as to when O will be in the neighborhood.

That cranky old shitpot is hoping with all his black, diseased heart that something bad happens to O on this trip.

He should withdraw from the presidential race in shame. Of course, that's not possible because he's a Republican.

I said it in the other thread - McCain is dogshit. Beyond despicable.

6. Here's link to Johnny Songbird's chirping about Obama visit in Iraq
At a fund-raiser at the Detroit Athletic Club, McCain casually dropped this little tidbit before an audience of donors:

"I believe that either today or tomorrow, I am not privy to his schedule, Sen. Obama will be landing in Iraq with some other senators. There will be a congressional delegation and I am sure the Sen. Obama is going to arrive in Baghdad in a much, much safer and secure environment than the one that he would have encountered before we started the surge."

in harms way. He is a TRAITOR and a BASTARD. He should be disqualified for this shit. The troops should take this as a personal affront to them.

if the ba had false-flag plans to hurt O while he's there, McC's revealing O's timetable would backfire the whole thing, bigtime. It would be perceived as partly McCrocodiles' fault.

12. Maybe so, but why even take the chance?
The threat is greater now, anyway you look at it and it's because of McCain. These are the same people who have excused away their negligence (at best) for sitting on their hands in the face of 9/11 and these people were celebrated as heroes afterwards. They gave Bush a blank check.

10. This was incredibly STUPID of McCain. He has nothing to gain from this.
If nothing bad happens from this, McCain still looks absent-minded at best and vindictive at worse.

If something DOES happen but isn't fatal, then McCain's comments will be heavily reported on and he can kiss any chance of winning goodbye.

If something DOES happen and IS fatal, then McCain loses everything. Not just the nomination, but his entire political career.

This is what happens when hot headed people speak before they think.

on the 'puke ticket and surely the MSM would not take issue with such. :D

A Dallas radio station said today that Obama was due to land in Kabul today. They said they weren't told the time because of security issues. Did McCain give the exact day, exact time, and exact place, that Obama will be landing? What am I missing here?

edit to add: This trip is well known. McCain said in the next day or two. Sometimes, DU boggles my mind about the lack of facts.

23. I must encourage you to read the accounts of what McCain went thru
as a POW in North Vietnam. He certainly had nothing to sing about nor would anyone else who endure that. IMHO when you criticize what someone did while they endure torture then you are discounting the effects of torture. To think that torture of any low level soldier produces military intelligence is to be ignorant of the real purpose and effect of torture.

Torture is used to elict false confessions which can be used for propaganda and that is pretty much all it is good for. Here is what McCain endured according to Carl Bernstein:

...Later, he was led into a room where the camp commander, a deputy, and 10 guards demanded that he confess his "crimes." McCain refused.

Told he was guilty of "black crimes," he was beaten with such savagery that several ribs were broken, some of his teeth knocked out, and his injured leg battered anew. Then ropes were tied to his disfigured arms and tightened behind his back until the pain was unbearable. For the next several days, he was beaten repeatedly and told to confess. Collapsing to the cement floor from a fist in the face, he broke his arm again on a bucket that was his toilet. Again, the torture ropes were administered. After each beating, he slipped in and out of consciousness, lying in his own waste, given no water. After a week he could take no more. "Fearing the close approach of my moment of dishonor," McCain writes in his memoir, he tried to hang himself with his shirt. "Every man has a breaking point," he wrote. "I had reached mine."

He worked on a "confession," using stilted Communist jargon, elemental misspellings, and obvious grammatical errors that would indicate coercion. But after a 12-hour interrogation, McCain was made to sign a statement which said, "I am a black criminal and I have performed deeds of an air pirate. I almost died, and the Vietnamese people saved my life."

We can oppose McCain effectively without unempathetically questioning his actions while enduring torture. McCain's POW experience is out of bounds IMHO.

24. On the torture issue
I agree with you. As part of my father's military training he was put through a mock POW camp for two weeks and they didn't do those things and he said anyone would say whatever they had to say and anyone can be broken.

On Obama is landing in Baghdad soon. That is an assclown move.

Obama should slam that ad personally. It's a direct attack on Barack's patriotism IMO.
