As many of you have no doubt noticed, we've been carrying a number of recent events live here on BarackObama.com. So far the response has been great, and we'll be live streaming even more events in the future.

Today, we rolled out a new alert graphic to let you know when we're on the air. Whenever live events are underway, this graphic will appear on the upper right hand side of the home page and here on the HQ blog.

You can also http://origin.barackobama.com/live/">sign-up to receive email alerts whenever we're about to go on the air with an important speech or a major event.

Look for the On Air alert an noon (Eastern) tomorrow, as we'll be live streaming Barack's speech at the Summit on Confronting 21st Century threats at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.

There has probably never been a presidential campaign in which supporters had more access to video, photos, info and insight into the presidential candidate and his campaign.
