I thought Clark was "The New American Patriot"...
...now he's the "Higher Standard of Leadership".

Who is running his campaign? Ogilvy and Mathers?

Campaign slogans r us...

1. Yeah...don't elect HIM!
He has slogans! We can't have that...we need a man with...uh...no slogans. That is the true test of leadership...being able to run for office without a slogan.

2. I liked that New American Patriot line...
...it was catchy. But I guess the "old" American Patriotism is OK, too.

Fatherland uber alles!

8. "Higher standard of draft-dodger"
God, I hope the general election doesn't come to that.

5. Actually, this is one sentiment
where I don't disagree with you on. I really can't stand hearing the words "Homeland Security" too much, especially from Tom Ridge or Bushie. Brings up images of the third reich.

But on the other hand we have to play the game to win. I know you don't have any trust for Clark, but obviously you do for at least one candidate. We all have our opinions I guess, right?

Hmmmm... "sfecap"

Ah, a critique of slogans, and a bonus mention of an advertising agency (coincidentally not Saatchi & Saatchi, who "did" Thatcher) plus some bungled reference to the slogan of a toy store.

Yes, in Little Rock they must be weeping bitter tears, now that they have learned this bombshell review.

I believe I'm impressed.

10. sfecap--You seem real concerned about General Clark
Why the obsession? Even though I am critical of Dean, I spend more time promoting Clark, is your mission to promote Dean or just bash Clark?
