Which states will Bob Barr do most damage to Johnny Boy?
besides georgia. I'm thinking maybe a 527 group should be set up to help bob barr in key swing states where he can do major damage to John McCain. Its easier to sell barr to conservatives than selling sand to the arabs ....or ice to the eskimos...you get my drift.

1. Alaska has a strong Libertarian streak
and McCain is not popular here. I would guess that Barr will pick up some votes here if he's on the ballot.

9. North Carolina is one. Barr might give NC to Obama this year!
I definitely think that the Libertarians in the western mountains and the pot growers in the Piedmont will be attracted to Barr.

honest to God, not one. I don't think he'll make a splash here although I wish he would.

I agree with whoever said that NC was right there behind GA in terms of potential Barr potency.

7. I'll say Alaska too
And if you look at that state's election history, it regularly gives a high percentage of its votes to third party candidates.

17. With our three little electoral votes
I think people up here figure they may as well vote their consciences, especially since it's been so reliably Republican in the past.

27. Barr
My feeling Is Barr will be a factor In Both the South, and The West plus Alaska.Barr appeals to
relgious conservertes who don't trust Mccain on Abortion and Gays, and Repulicans who are Libertians
who vote most of the time as Republicans but don't Like Bush's shredding of civil rights and who are not neocons but don't like Democrats.
