What did John McCain say against America on the tapes he made for the enemy?
You don't get to make dozens of propaganda tapes against America, on behalf of the enemy, and have them hidden from view during an election of this magnitude. We need to see John's propaganda tapes. I want access to them all. We know he attacked America, but what, exactly, did John McCain say on these propaganda tapes he made for the enemy?

Does anyone know where to get them?

3. No way, it won't come out at all in the general media
They won't even mention it on TV. He did something that most of us would find abhorrent, bordering on treason, and he's running on his partiotism? I want to see these tapes and I want to see them now!

Does ANYONE have a way to get at them?

13. Yeah, right
That's why you saw the in depth analysis of George W. Bush's criminal past on TV before the election 2000? Oh yeah, you STILL haven't seen that. George was the first presidential candidate ever that I know of who had felony DUI convictions and still was allowed to take office. Did you see the exposes on the TV? No, I know you didn't. Did you see the TV news events about Laura's involvement in killing her ex-bf? No, you didn't see them either.

Look again, and see who's being naiive.

23. Why didn't you mention Dubya's community service in Houston's MLK Center in lieu of prosecution for
cocaine possession or the TANG failure to court-martial him for going AWOL while working on Blount's campaign for the senate in 1972.

Those topics were in the press and Jim Hatfield's book "Fortunate Son" but people refused to listen. Hatfield allegedly committed suicide in July 2001 in a Days Inn, Springdale, Arkansas.

I've worked on several campaigns for governor and U.S. senator and I've learned that alleged scandals, even those without substance, are most effective in the last days of a close campaign when the targeted candidate has no time to counter the allegation.

Have a nice day, :hi:

I know of the one that has been widely reported. Do you have a source for the assertion that there were dozens of such tapes made?

John McCain -
The Manchurian Candidate?

Watch this video -

John McCain in "Missing, Presumed Dead"
http://www.youtube.com:80/watch?v=xBiti-ZbeO0

John McCain was the primary opposition to the Senate Select Committee on POWs. He bitterly opposed any attempt to rescue any other POWs. This is very strange since John McCain was himself, a POW.

The POWs that might have been rescued, would have been able to give testimony about the 32 propaganda tapes that John McCain made for the communists, while in Viet Nam. The 32 propaganda tapes are still "classified" so that no one can see them.

U.S. documents proving
POW McCain seriously "collaborated" . . . listed below are 5 transcripts of approximately 20 interviews McCain gave the communist.

4. I disagree with McCain on everything as much or more than just about anybody.
Edited on Mon Jun-23-08 11:52 AM by The_Casual_Observer
I was all for outing George Allen on the racism stuff. I'm all for prosecuting bush & the rest.

But you've lost me on this one somehow. The guy was a POW for 5 years.

8. Bullshit.
Others were imprisoned for as long or longer and did not cooperate with their captors. If the shoe was on the other foot would they hold them back?

15. I don't know, but my guess is that if there were anything to this
it would have been brought to light long before this.

It seems as though the Obama people were constantly offended by any imagined slight by Hillary & were all about the "high road" and wailed about "winning at all cost". This seems like the most low down thing imaginable.

You hand him an advantage he not only does not deserve, you also jeapordize the nation.

19. Here's an idea
Until you can spell 'jeopardize', you lack the criteria for questioning the courage of someone under torture.

5. I don't think having the tapes would be good at all
Because they would get to pump up the war hero angle that they are trying so hard to project. I can't imagine what he would say that would make people forget that he was in a POW camp and tortured.

14. I don't know about tapes........
....but there seem to be some transcripts here:

http://vietnamveteransagainstmccain.com/cin_declassified_landing.htm

Now, I don't know how accurate this site is......but anyways....

John McCain was a POW, yes. He was tortured, yes. And he caved. Now, I won't fault a man for caving under torture because while I would like to think that I would hold out - I probably wouldn't.

However, after he broke and spilled the beans (and he admitted that himself - McCain himself admitted that he broke and sold out his Country) he was treated well. Four pretty much the rest of the 4 out of 5 years he was a Prisoner. And they wanted to let him go, especially after they found out who his daddy was - but McCain insisted that he stay until the rest of the POW's were released.

Yes, he went to Vietnam and I guess that's to his credit. That's more than we can say about Bush and 5 deferrment Dick who had 'other priorities'.

But, it was 40 some years ago..... why exactly does this have merrit now? It doesn't ...... Vietnam was a different time, a different era - it has not much to do with solving the problems we have today. While we have similarities - the problems and crisis' we face today are differentand may need different solutions. That he fought in Vietnam and was a POW 40 years ago does not qualify him, necessarily, to be President today.

17. Classified. Permanently.
I have read some stuff (purportedly quoted from the tapes) on POW-MIA sites I certainly would not be careless enough to repeat anywhere in print, but there are a lot of pretty damning charges, especially in regards to targetting criteria and alleged airforce terrorist acts...

18. He was tortured viciously, you cretin
You know how we don't agree with torture, not only because it's abhorrent, but because people will do whatever you say to make it stop? He can't lift his fucking arms above his shoulders. They made a pretty game attempt to shatter his mind. I can assure you that anyone, ANYONE, would eventually confess to whatever it is their captor wanted if they prolonged that kind of treatment long enough.

Seriously, what is wrong with you? Isn't the fact that we can beat him on the issues enough?

20. check your facts
He was injured in a plane crash and word has it he begged and agreed to say anything in return for medical treatment which he received.

I am sure he was beaten and treated like shit, he was a war criminal after all (in the eyes of the VC and hell, me too), but being tortured, like you saw in the rambo and chuck norris movies has nothing to do with his current physical condition.
