She's still a beautiful woman and looks even better in person.

There are many stories similar to this one.

Some years ago she helped a little girl who needed treatment for a life threatening illness and the parents' insurance had refused to pay for it. She not only got the hospital to absorb the cost, but has written a birthday card to the girl every year since that day. One of many kind gestures that Hillary does regularly without any fanfare.
