How do they total cost of dubya's campaigning?

First we haven't had a president in almost 4 years - dubya is/has been on a constant compaign since the SCOTUS selected him!

Anyway, how do they tally costs for his campaign and do us taxpayers have to pay for a lot of it?

During the EAA FlyIn early this month, they had a C5 Transport plane - it was monstrous and the officer stated that they use it everywhere dubya goes to get his bullet proof SUVs to venues, sometimes loading up to 20 of the SUVs!! Does the GOP or his campaign get charged for the use of the plane, the cost of the fuel, the crew's pay, the gas for the SUVs?
