3. Wow, what kind of vile creature
would grab someone by the mouth just because they don't agree with their politics? I would have had her/him(?) charged with assault. It looks like there were plenty of witnesses.

5. Nope, you woldn't have as the woman herself has committed both
assault and battery.

So long as the response is in kind in order to prtoect oneself, there is no charge. Responding with equivalent force as a means of self preservation is always allowable under the law.

I would file assault and battery charges. Then I would make the rounds of the local media. Get as much positive for the Dem's out of this!
