2. F*CK cable news. after awhile...I realized that time was

non value added. I can get all I need to know about late breaking stuff from here, CBS nightly news, some Nightline, print media (hang out at BOrders and read In These Times, The Progressive, Mother Jones, The Nation, Time, The New Yorker, The Economist, Atlantic Montly, Harpers, etc)

4. I've noticed a lot of far right and half right guests on his show lately.

It is like having Ann Coulter and Pat Buchannan on the show to debate an issue and calling it balanced.

If this is supposed to be balance, it is going to topple over soon.

To be fair, he does usually have people from opposing sides. Lately, he seems to be showing his right side.

8. There are never two sides to hard facts. This is the trap we fall in...

...since WHEN is it the job of journalists to be "balanced?"- They are merely supposed to report the facts-the READER then makes up his own mind.

The problem is the media is more worried about "balance" than presenting facts that just happen to favor one side or the other.

There is nothing "fair" about facts, they are just facts. I'd love to see more of them in the "Liberal media"...
