Judicial Watch Seeks Navy Investigation of Kerry
I assume that this is just for publicity since I would not think the Navy would touch this with a 10 foot pole:

5. They are all right wing, but claim to be "non-partisan"
When push comes to shove, they seem to let their cases against right wingers like Cheney sort of fade away, all the while slamming the left without pause.

If someone on the left had the balls, they could probably be shut down for political bias or tax status problems.

The head of the organization is running as a right wing Republican for office. That sounds very non-partisan.

7. I heard the admiral at the time say the investigation was done THEN
they don't just hand out Bronze and Silver Stars on the word of one person. They are careful to investigate so that the medals remain meaningful.

Judicial Watch won't gain anything from this. They just need to stir up doubt about liberals.

8. I love it when the nutbags demand the adminstration take action
against Kerry or Clinton or whoever for "crimes" and the adminstration has to duck the issue because, well, they would lose if they followed through. All it does is alienate the nutbag base of the Bush presidency (that is, the ones who believe half the crap that gets passed around the hate media). So, Rummy, what is your response?

13. But to do something like that would indicate NON partisanship
Why would they actually do ANYTHING to indicate non-partisanship, other than just say they're non-partisan. Fucking assholes!
