"We are a family"
And like all families, the democratic family is a little bit dysfunctional, a little nutty and sometimes way too loud. But, we are related and are stuck with each other. And when we have to, like all families, we rise to the occasion and go forward to do what we need. Because deep down we really do love each other.

1. And think of how OUR family represents the country much better than the GOP family down the street.
No blacks, latinos, asians, gays, or non-Christians in THEIR family portrait. Hardly any women either...just a bunch of paunchy old white guys.
