Thank You to All (even those I disagreed with)

Thank YOU for being here to discuss and debate this primary! Even though it was quite insane in here at times, it was nice to have a place to come to vent, discuss, read and review positions of ALL of the great candidates of the Democratic Party.

I remember when the Supremes aided and abetted in the theft of our Democracy. I stumbled into a forum and spent many hours debating the issue with many. Unfortunately, I didn't find a Democratic leaning forum until sometime before the theft of 2004 occurred. Believe me, if you have ever stumbled into the enemy camp and tried to educate the nazi leaning right wing... I wanted to just reach right through the monitor and shake some sense into those people. How dare they justify that theft!

Fortunately, for the sake of my sanity and the sanctity of my computer, I found this site and for the most part have been much more at peace since! It is refreshing to discuss and debate politics with like minded people regardless of which Democratic candidate they support.

Thank you to ALL of you who participate here in a positive way. Thank YOU to Skinner and the others who have set up and maintained this site. I am sure it has been extremely difficult at times and I thank the moderators for helping Skinner keep this place as civil as they possibly can.

Without DU, my hand might have had to been surgically removed from a computer monitor and for that, I am eternally grateful.

Now lets join together and go whip those Republicans!
