2. Well, Faux Noise can keep saying that, but in Reality World, where I live, I doubt it.
There will be some voters who won't vote for Obama, but after they have had time to think about it, I can't imagine handing their uterus and their children's education and future over to Grumpy McSame and the Rethuglians.

3. Obama Beat the "Bitch" For Him
If you know anyone who was a Clinton supporter who is tempted to vote for McCain because they feel the Democrats and Obama have been sexist, share this with them:

6. I think a lot of people say things they don't mean when they're upset...
When tempers calm down, reason will prevail. Faux news can go *bleep* itself.

8. Maybe, but they'll need some incentives:
Complimentary Clappers to the first 100 people?

Matlock DVDs as a door prize?

10. probably a few of the angry votes that were a lost cause for BO anyway
His mission should be to work on the Latino vote, the single mothers and make sure the AA,Youth and college educated come out in full force. I wouldn't spend too much time trying to sway the racist vote, just ignore them and let them stew in their hate.

13. That's What I Hope
a lot of those people (particularly in Appalachia), they weren't really voting for Hillary, they were voting against Obama. If Hillary had been our nominee, they'd be voting for McSame anyway.

I think the others just need time to heal. Obama is smart, he'll start talking about his mother and grandmother and how his wife was his mentor and the women will come around.

11. Boy, nothing like a vague, subjective question, huh?
"A significant number" is pretty much up to each person's estimation. Is it 5%? 10%? 25%? Who knows? What do YOU feel is "significant?"

Personally, I'd be inclined to vote yes. I think he'll attract between 5 and 10%, which I feel is significant, but not ultimately enough to alter the outcome. Except I'm actually voting no, because I know they want a big "yes" result to report so they can crow about how weak Obama is after the primary feuding, and I'm not gonna play ball.

18. No. Besides, Obama is already
attracting a lot of Republicans - the smart ones. I've talked to many conservatives, young and old, that say they are going with the Dems this time around. The many babyboomer women I know who were strong Clinton supporters would never vote for McCain or sit out the election because they have brains.

but it gives me hope that my evangelical Christian, Republican, voted-twice-for-Bush brother supports Obama.
