23. OMG ... like BILL has shown anything but political ineptitude during this campaign
Edited on Tue Jun-03-08 10:39 PM by LSparkle
Why on EARTH would Obama want to surrender his campaign to
a guy who would probably actively SABOTAGE it? After all,
this would be the same guy who congratulated KKKarl at one
point about the "great job" he did during the 2004 election
(ensuring Kerry's loss and HRC's run this year).

I'm sorry but it's getting to the point where I doubt the
Clintons are really TRUE DEMOCRATS anymore ...

39. Hillary doesn't even seem to be more than a pawn of Bill's
I also heard a commentator on MSNBC say that a high extremely close advisor/confident of President Clinton just assured them that she needs to be VP, that she wants the VP slot. Coming from BILL.

It has become evident to me that I underestimated who wanted to be back in the WH the most - it has been Bill. If not by being the president's spouse, fine, then you WILL give us the VP slot. Okay, if not that, then you WILL make me campaign chairman.

These people need a long restful stay in an upscale rehab center. Immediately.

These demands are as crazy as the venue for their speech tonight - Keith O commented about how they were in a basement, three floors underground, where there were no windows, telephones, tv monitors, and likely no cell coverage. And most people were already there way before Obama clinched the nomination - so maybe they chose that venue to ensure that no word of his winning the nomination interrupted her speech. Talk about a last stand, bunker mentality - these people need a long rest and kind medication.

17. He already mentioned yesterday that he wanted a meeting
"after the dust settles." But then, as Tweety noted
earlier today, instead of waiting and discussing this
with him personally, she went ahead during a CONFERENCE
CALL and admitted that she was interested in the VP
slot. As Matthews characterized it, she was as much
as telling him, "I don't need to meet with you about
this; I'm going to put it out there and you won't even
be part of the call."

Just another nail in her political coffin (imho)....

30. He was WILLING; she blew him off
That's been the problem all along -- she doesn't believe
in any COMPROMISE whatsoever. She still thinks she's
ENTITLED to this nomination, and doesn't even give him
the COURTESY of meeting with him before leaking her
ambition to want to be considered for VP.

Fucking ingrate bitch. (Yeah, it's getting late and
I'm getting honest.)

and letting her make you look like a chump. And Obama is getting very close to that line.

33. Don't worry.
He has to "nip her in the bud" as it were. Seriously. He needs to get her out of the way so he has to start the process of moving on and putting her aside. If he were going to offer her VP, he wouldn't be doin so this soon. Just one more sign that it isn't happening.

The Obama camp was very unhappy with the disrespectful, classless, narcistic way that Hillary handled herself tonight. Obama is dealing with her head on. Not to worry folks. He's just taking care of business.

Move along, nothing to see here.

Brush it off. She's done.

where he can send her a message that requires the message to begin with:

"I’m with you Hillary, and I am proud of everything we are fighting for."
