Is Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid shilling for HRC? Begs senate colleagues to not endorse anyone
Edited on Tue Jun-03-08 03:37 PM by RMP2008
Sounds to me like he's a "Hillbot" (of course he is, his son ran HRC's Nevada Campaign, Rory) He was spineless against Bush and he's spineless now. Reid says Clinton "needs time." I think Reid has joined with her in her strategy to delay enough superdelegate endorsements until the convention where HRC and her shill Reid hopes that celestial choirs will sing, the light will come down, and HRC will be the nominee.

Here's the link:

http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalradar/2008/06/senators-to-hol.html

Reid said that Senator Hillary Clinton should not be pressured by her Democratic Senate colleagues to get out of the race today.

"Senator Clinton needs to be left alone to get through the primary process and let it run it’s course."

Yes I know the article says that he'll endorse soon but why is he demanding that the superdelegates pass up the chance to LET Obama claim victory tonight. Giving the opening speech of the general election campaign at the home of the RNC after all the networks declare him the nominee would give us a HUGE bounce against Mccain. Obama'd be up by 5-10 points by Thursday; but, nope, Reid is denying Senator Obama his victory and denying us the chance to finally take it to Mccain.

I'm tired of Reid cowering first to Bush and then now to HRC. Reid needs to be tossed out as senate majority leader. He's apparently been beginng House superdelegates not to endorse as well. WHY?

Shame on you Reid for your actions on the Iraq war first of all and now today.

No one in the democratic leadership has any spine at all.

2. I think he is for Obama.
But, he is holding the remaining Senators back until the polls close. He wants it to be through the PD's that it is clinched.

7. So according to him once the polls close in MT, it's fine to endorse en masse.
The "primary process" will have completely and totally run its course TONIGHT.
