What do you think - is that why the messages coming out of the Clinton campaign are so irratic?

4. Possible, since all the Clintons campaigned heavily.
Don't want the media to go on and on about Hillary's strength. They refuse to realize how much of a comeback Obama made in IN and NC.

5. that occurred to me as well.
I never thought that she would concede tonight per se, but I think a lot of her language will depend on the results. Chuck Todd also said that he talked to one of her aides (though he cautioned, not a "Terry" or "Howard" type in the inside circle, who he says are the only people who really know what's up) that it's possible that she could change her mind several times over the course of today as to what to do.

7. Maybe it's too tight to call...
...and they realized that the concession talk drive down turnout for Clinton, and they want the last primaries to look as good for her as they possibly can.

I'm thinking that the campaign has divided into the Realists who have faced facts vs. the Ickes/Bill faction who don't know what to do with themselves if they're not fighting a battle against someone.

Same lack of discipline that doomed her campaign months ago, only today it's right out in the open.
