There was no "poaching" as MI had NO DELEGATES, until the motion passed to grant them some. No one can poach a thing that does not exist.

Personally as an enforcement and compliance specialist, my preference would have been for the even split they started with ZERO to ZERO. Michigan's non-compliance was willful and flagrant. The 100% sanction was the correct resolution. I can understand why they went for the compromise, but it would not have gotten my vote, given I had one. But as I had Zero votes, a casted Zero votes.

Going into the meeting, Hillary had zero Michigan delegates, she had won nothing because there were no delegates. She left with 69 half votes. She was given delegates through a settlement, none were taken away, because she started with none.
