Intelligence vs. Cleverness
"Cleverness pursues its own little aims. Intelligentce sees the larger whole in which all things are connected. Cleverness is motivated by self-interest, and it is extremely short-sighted. Most poiticians and business people are clever. Very few are intelligent. Whatever is attained through cleverness is short-lived and always turns out to be eventurally self-defeating. Cleverness divides; intelligence includes."

3. Yes, it reminds me of a lot of DU posters.
Some are oh-so-clever in their attacks on a candidate or that candidate's supporters and completely lacking in the intelligence needed to see the overall harm they do. We need to start paying more attention to the intelligent (read inclusive) posters and less to the clever (read divisive) ones.
