1. Obama leads Clinton among women 46%-49%
I guess not all women think Obama is terribly sexist.

19.  Rasmussen Markets data gives Sen. Obama a 62.9% chance of winning in November (
Edited on Fri May-23-08 09:39 AM by Douglas Carpenter
(results are updated on a 24/7 basis by market participants).

"The Rasmussen Reports Balance of Power Calculator shows Democrats leading in states with 200 Electoral Votes while the GOP has the advantage in states with 189. When “leaners” are included, the Democrats enjoy a 260-240 Electoral College lead."

"Rasmussen Reports believes the race is over and that Barack Obama will be the nominee of the Democratic Party. We will stop tracking the Democratic race in the near future to focus exclusively on the Obama-McCain match-up."

23. That was 1982 - 26 years ago - And that is no more valid than the Oregon effect:
A number of polls showed Hillary within 5 points of winning in the Oregon primary.

Final vote in Oregon: Obama 59%/Clinton 41% = Obama + 18

My real faith in why Sen. Obama will most likely win in November has more to do with external realities. Oil prices and food prices are just beginning to soar. As one BBC analyst put it last night, "we should enjoy the cheap gas and cheap food while we still can. Months from now we will all be looking back in wonder how oil could have been only $135 a barrel." That is very, very bad news for the Republicans.
