11. Picture #1 is from a Norman Rockwell painting.
The American Dream .... a cute little boy, ice cream, and
MLK's dream* coming true.

* I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia, the sons of former slaves
and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table
of brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the
heat of injustice, sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an
oasis of freedom and justice.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they
will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

15. Well without daddy in it would be nice but it is a hell of a shot
Dad looking @ his son rather than the man who
might very well be President .... Michelle talking to
a mom with a kid on her hip ... and the little boy
holding dad for "protection" as he tells Barack which
ice cream to get.

Although I am worried about "Cone-gate" he is eating
it from a cup .... please what type A behavior ... gimme
a sugar cone w/ 2 scoops ... French Vanillia & Dark Fudge
(maybe mint choc. chip or peach).

3. Wow, great pictures! And he went to Roseburg--whenever I have driven through Roseburg,
I think of it as an isolated, very conservative town. How great that he had a rally there.

9. Prince Puckler's!!!!!
One of my favorites. Whenever I drift through Euegene on my annual return to my Oregon roots I make a stop there! (and then on the the Pelican Pub in Pacific City out on the coast).

19. In a cup, no less.
Real people eat ice cream on a cone, and they bite the bottom out of the cone and drink the melted ice cream from the bottom.

You can't bite the bottom out of a cup! You'd look crazy doing that. Why is Barack Obama so afraid of looking crazy? Something wrong with looking crazy? Huh? Huh?

And there's Michelle with Rocky Road. Why has Michelle always got to be whining about her hard life? Can't she just order ice cream without having to shove the oppression of black people in our faces??

I'll bet they both secretly ordered a tub of vanilla so they can go back to the bus and chow down on Whitey with Jeremiah Wright. Prove they didn't! SHOW ME THE RECEIPT. Why isn't the receipt on the website? What are they trying to hide??

22. It was chocolate chip mint
And yes, I mean chocolate chip mint, not mint chocolate chip. That's what it is called in Oregon.

My brother was at Prince Puckler's. He arrived after the crowd and had to wait around for his own icecream (that's what he was there for.) He talked to the kid behind the counter, who said that it was a typical day until a secret service agent showed up, pulled him aside and told him to make ten "mint chocolate chips" and not tell any one "Don't use your phone, don't tell any customers, don't tell your coworkers, Barack Obama will be here in five minutes."

18. Lucky Prince Pucklers! Funny
'cause I had a dream last night and Obama was there and I was making waffles for all these people and I kept leaving the waffle iron to go see Obama and the ones waiting for their waffles were getting hungry from all the burnt waffles.

Thanks Florida~
