Bush tries new smear tactic...Democrats responsible for high oil prices!!
OMG...The freakin nerve of him. Anyone slightly aware of the facts will see this is TOTAL BS...

It just came on C-span from a DC paper so I don't havea link. But the sad fact is we have enough angry/stupid people in the US that might believe it.

As usual we need to reframe the debate & point out the real issues...

We can not drill our way out of this self made crisis. Conservation & alternativs are the key.

Anyhow, it looks like Chucklenuts is going full negative.

1. That is their new talking point, Been all over this week
environmentalists blah blah blah blah .......
At one point a while back they floated that the Dems were responsible for Bush's War because they didn't stop him.
Only group I know who can see a sunrise and think it's night.

4. This will blow up in his face. People know better. He's a oil man, and they know it.
Oil was $12 a barrel in '99.

9. He called it the "Pelosi Premium".
Credit goes to Stephi for responding that it could just as easily be called the "Bush Premium".

8. So beyond ridiculous... it's irresponsible, immoral, and reprehensible. I hope
corporate media derides it for what it is.
