ok, I know it is impolite to reply to (and kick) my own thread, but I just wanted to say that I like Kerry more each time I see him talk.

OK, so the contrast with bush's performance at the Unity conference doesn't hurt Kerry a bit, but even if I hadn't seen that, I would be liking Kerry. He looks relaxed, and seems to know what he's talking about (what a concept). He is being well-received by the audience. Hitting bush on the 'turning the corner' excuse for jobs, economy, war...

5. Just saw Kerry at Unity. Saw Bush yesterday.

The contrast between the two is remarkable. Kerry confident and presidential, gave intelligent responses to the panel's questions. Bush responses were little more than one liners. Too bad that the majority of Americans will never see the two presentations. If they did, Kerry would win in a landslide.
