steve grossmen on FOX sunday show
Edited on Sun Jan-04-04 09:06 AM by bearfartinthewoods
first question. why is your guy making so many mistakes?
second questions..we have found over a dozen mistakes in the last month? does this speak to his readiness to be prez.
third question...even james carville is commenting on these, these are mistakes.

now you see what we are talking about...dean gives them ammo on a silver palstter

2. they're gonna do this to any dem
they did it to Gore, they'd do it to any other dem candidate and they will. It does not matter what the dems say. The right wingers and their lackies in the media will pick on any item no matter how trivial or insignificant, regardless of who the dem nominee is.

The real question is, how do the candidates respond to this kind of BS distortion (especially hypocritical given the nonstop and major lying coming out of the white house). I'd love to see them confront Bush directly about all the "mistakes" he's made, which have resulted in thousands of human casualties...

Reagan made up all kinds of things all the time, yet had that teflon quality in his response . That's what any dem has to do. Not back off, not be apologetic, maintain the fighting stance.

13. no I don't thnk the ordinary american watches Fox
I think a small minority of loud mouthed idiots do and that it has made them even dumber than they were before.

Of course that is not the case for everyone, for instance people like you. However it really does infect your brain. They make you start to think they have a point. They don't.

4. ANY and ALL of the Dem candidates can be "Gored" by Fox news...
Dean is not necessarily handing anyone "ammo." He's the front runner, so they're focusing on him. If Clark were the front runner, you'd see Hugh Shelton on Faux every day talking about how hated he was at NATO. If Kerry was the front runner, they'd be screaming about "that MA liberal." Etc, etc...

If Dean is making all these "mistakes," then why is he up 20+ points in just about every poll?

17. if Fox were praising Dean
THEN i'd be surprised. I hope they continue to lull themselves to sleep with their doubts about Dean, and moreso, their doubts about Democratic voters.
