OHIO VOTE UPDATE: Obama picks 2 more pledged delegates in OH

You may recall last week I posted a Daily Kos diary here about Ohio and Indiana provisional vote totals had not been finished and that Hillary's win in Indiana was slim at best and could flip to Obama based on what are thought to be about 100,000 provisional ballots still to be checked and counted. Here's the great news in Ohio for Obama:

Democratic presidential contender Barack Obama picked up two pledged delegates today from the official results of the Ohio presidential primary held March 4th.

The Associated Press had withheld the two delegates because of the large number of provisional ballots cast in Ohio on Election Day.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State's office, almost 100,000 provisional ballots were counted.

2. thanks. The Indiana deadline for voters with

provisional ballots to get their proper Id to the elections registrar in their town is the 16th or this Friday. So maybe by the end of next week we may have news on Indiana's official final tally.
