Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Rhode Island than she did in New York.

Which is the same thing that it says about Obama (D-Il) when he did better in DC, Hawaii, Alaska, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Minnesota, Nebraska and Washington than he did in Illinois.
