It is clear that this is a staged roll out.

Every step they are taking away another metric. No more popular vote and no more SD advantage.

Many of these were SDs they carry in their pocket to pull out when needed.

One was an undeclared Hawaiian SD lol and two were close associates of Bill Richardson.

There are two more Hawaiian SDs that are undeclared lol.

These guys are pro and its just fun to watch.

I am convinced that they did this to box in the surrogates on the Sunday news shows.
