Ted Strickland for VP.... .urgh
Wasn't he the idiot that was standing behind Clinton when she was yelling "SHAME ON YOU BARACK OBAMA" and you saw him nodding in the background? Wtf? Why would he be Obama's choice for VP?

2. Yup Mr. Bobblehead
I think people are talking about him because they think he can fill some of obama's perceived "gap" (former methodist preacher, popular govenor of ohio, NRA "A" rating), which the repubs need to win), although I still like richadson better from principle at least.

5. Not a good fit
Strickland believes in health care reform and ending poverty. Not big issues with Obama; they're not on the same page.

4. He's a good governor & good Dem
A native of Appalachian Ohio, he's much like John Edwards in his commitment to ending poverty and creating economic opportunity.

He was agreeing with Clinton because he happens to think health care reform is a critical problem we need to solve and he didn't take kindly to Obama's dishonesty in playing political games with it.

Strickland is right, Obama has shown a real lack of good judgement and character flaw in playing with people's lives for political gain.

He's also unlikely to take anyone's offer for VP, he's needed in Ohio.

6. No fucking way!
I swear the Clintons/DLC are flailing with all their might trying to weasel their way into Obama's Administration.

Cut 'em off, Barack.
Time to turn the page.

7. But I thought his new politics
was one of hope and reconciliation? You're saying he should carry a grudge against anyone who supported Clinton?

9. No VP is going to be perfect -- but one who can help with Ohio would be pretty damn good
bobble head or no.
