...between him and Senator Angry Old Prick when the media whore moderator posits the first question on 'race.'

"Thank you, (first name of media whore) I was looking forward to answering that question and I would like to use my esteemed opponent as an example of how the question of race has become such a divisive issue in our great country. If you recall, during the Republican primary in 2000 President Bush's (Insane's) surrogates attacked Senator Angry Old Prick through a campaign of lies that villified not only my opponent, but also attacked his adopted daughter. Rather than respond, my opponent chose to remain mute and allow his child to become a symbol of the racial divide that afflicts the nation. And yet in 2008, rather than distance himself from these same vile surrogates he has chosen to embrace them in a cynical play for a voting block that will continue to be manipulated by this most base of wedge issues.

As I stand here today, I am asking Senator Angry Old Prick to condemn these so-called operatives and to at last defend his child and help mend the wounds caused by racism."

1. Good thoughts, but so far Obama has done a mostly exemplary job of

saying the right things at the right times. So I will not presume to suggest what he "should" say.
