My Questions for Obama (and Hillary)

-Why aren't you demanding the law and Constitution be acknowledged in all cases violated by this government? Will you on your first day of power bring back our laws, rights, and Constitution as you first swore under oath as a public servant of the people? The government has the ability to spy with a warrant. Doing it on your political enemies is self defeating and dangerous.

-Why haven't you protested the off-shore prisons which torture people in our name? We are not a country who approves of torture. Our tax payer dollars are funding it so to say we aren't responsible for them legally is just insane. Close them and remove the bribes from those leaders and countries. We the citizens (and the world community) do not approve.

Amnesty International and the Red Cross gives you data and information about abuse by us yet they are ignored. The high court is ignored too.

-Will you announce we are a nation not an Empire and look after our best interest regarding foreign policy? We are not the world's or corporation mercenaries. No more secret armies in S. America to protect Rev. Moon's water, etc. These are not approved by Congress and the people. It is abuse of power and a waste of our tax dollars. It makes us enemies around the world. To send our family to be killed for corporate or self wealth is illgal and unethical.

-Will you demand our media allow all voices not just RWers? Remove the de-regulation/merger of media legislation by President Clinton. It has not served us well. Radio has been destroyed really.

-Will you acknowledge our treaties passed by previous administrations both Democratic and Republican and approved by the citizens? We can not be lawless for Empire.

-Why do you not want to know the true reasons and criminals who did 911? It was one of the most horrific crimes in our history. We base all our "wars" and security on it. The President and Cheney have denied us documents, testimony, and the families of 911 victims well research question. The interfered with an investigation. The two 911 commissions were Bush approved and manipulated. No Mr. Hamilton on this next committee. He did a terrible job of covering up for Bush. It should be a committee approved by the families of 911 otherwise results will not be accepted. http://www.forward-usa.org/id4.html\

The truth is out of the box and to deny proper investigations is just plain treason. It also allows those we did it to do it once again in the future. The Nixon criminals are still in our government doing the same things.

-Why hasn't the Congressional ethics committees been able monitor their own lawlessness and criminal activities? If there is a suspicion send it to the courts. Seems to be an understanding to look the other way. It is a big frat house type mentality. "Change of face" law is not justice. Just leave with your bag of plunder criminal activity.

-Why are we allowing Canada and Mexico to make a profit off our resources when we as tax payers set them aside for our future use and enjoyment? We should control the railways, roads, and airlines for securities sake. Mexico wants to invade us for their own and Canada wants to profit off our resources (remove them from energy sources, our railways, and gold fields). Imagine the boldness of this government to sell off our Common Wealth? It is robbery.

-Why not get out of NAFTA now? It has not been in our best interest and no one is going to give us the advantage in the long run. NAFTA is an idea by the European royals to destroy our economy and wealth for themselves. No road from Canada to Mexico either (foreign owned is a security threat). We can do better on our own. Only the few profit not any citizen of the three countries. They have lost their good jobs to China and India too.

NAFTA/WTO is illegal under the Constitution since Congress with permission of the deal from the people allow it. The President and his trade representative do not have the power to do trade behind closed doors. It is not his Constitutional duty since it would dangerous like now.

NAFTA negates our Constitution and laws. It opens our borders and makes their own rules and unions. It is invasion by a few world elite over our country. We have no democracy only a shell of one.

To insure better working conditions, rights, and environmental improvements in other countries is just plain folly since we can't do it in our own. It won't work and you all know it. We Americans don't want to be a global anything. It only leads to wars, poverty, and tyranny. We should bring them "up" not us down to them.

-Why are Democratic leaders (and yourself) so intent on open borders and illegal immigration? It is dangerous to our security. Not to mention it is union busting. We now have huge numbers of S. Americans who need education, health benefits, criminal incarceration, job training, etc. It is a huge drain on our state and federal government budgets. We can not take in the world and expect to be prosperous and "one". They already want us to be part of Mexico. It is an invasion from the South to steal all we have as a country for themselves. They are not the usual immigrants of the past who come to be part of us. It is too many too soon. Even previous amnesty Hispanic groups who are citizens now protest. We have few jobs for citizens let alone foreigners. Globalization is causing a huge and dangerous shift of populations to a few countries in the world.

The impact on education in the high immigration states have caused a crisis in many ways. We are not helping them let alone our own children. Congress just hides their head in the sand and tells us it will be OK when we know history shows it will not.

Because of high immigration from Catholic countries the religious groups are now pushing their agenda to control public funding and agenda. The President illegally supplies them public funds (not approved by the Congress or people...billions of dollars). There is a religious war for power and their own representatives in government. They are flush with wealth and our leaders who want that religious vote for themselves why not?

You and any other American are allowed freedom of religion because we separate the government from powerful religious organizations (unlike old Europe). Religious wars rage the earth and populations even today. Stop this folly before it ruins our already stressed democracy. Politicians shamelessly use god for their own self interest.

-Why not bring back our troops from the illegal wars for oil? We won't win but you in Congress profit. It is horrible and evil. Bring them back now to prevent any more American deaths and foreign hatred. As Colin Powell said, you broke it now you fix it.

Bring accountability for all the plundering of our and their wealth. We know who did it and who has it.

-Fire lawless Blackwater, Halliburton, etc. They are profiting off war and are self serving. We lack over sight of these for profit war organizations. Death for profit is evil and dangerous. It could be us in the future under the World Order Government.

-Why do you and your wife belong to the CFR when it violates the Logan Act? Secret organizations meeting behind closed doors deciding our fate with other foreign leaders and elite is just plain treason. If you are a representative of the people you should not be involved in such organizations. They don't serve our best interest but the leaders of those organizations. They are out of power and non-elected mostly.

Henry Kissinger and David Rockefeller, etc. should be told they are violating the Logan Act as Americans. They are not elected officials to determine or negotiate our future with any world elite or corporate heads.

-Why aren't you promising election reforms once you have the ability to do so? Remove all computers and news corporation control over voting. Make them shorter (about a year shorter) and less expensive so you can get back to your real job as representatives. We are sick to death of this long primary.

-Why are you and Congress allowing this President to destroy our Civil Service system (set up to work over many years). It prevents cronyism. It is cheaper and more trustworthy to have lifetime public servants. It also functions on a higher level of knowledge and over sight. Privatization of government is just plain cronyism and robbery of our wealth. Even our government jobs and data have been moved to India. That makes me very nervous and I suspect there could be fraud in the end. We in America don't need these jobs?

-Why can't you promise the people proper notice and access to any hearings or decisions made in our name? No behind the door trade plans or agreements. If we don't know we can make informed decisions? If they are made without our input we won't trust our leaders and remove them. We can't set our own goals.

If foreign relations or intelligence information is critical to be in secret than they are not good plans. The enemy usually knows before we the citizens and leaders.

-Would you form a Department of Waste and Recycling? We need to set up funds to start businesses and waste product disposal. We could use plastics, oil, paper but have the same type that could be recycled, etc. We are destroying our world with pollution and waste.

Children's plastic toys are in landfills and destroy their future. All food is not safe in plastic. Either make them of the same plastic so they can be recycled or make them illegal.

It's almost like we as a society knew we were going to have to stop this waste sooner or later but have been on a binge. Life to the fullest attitude not caring about our children's future.

-Will you as President demand all the privatized for profit prisons be changed to public once again? Prisoners for profit is just plain evil and unethical. We have more prisoners in our jails than China. All voting rights should be restored once they serve their term (not for illegals but sent back). The long prison sentences for some minority Americans is just cruel and unjust.

-Will you make sure white collar crime is punished in this country? We can not stop it unless we do. Criminals such as Tom DeLay and Rove should be in jail for treason, etc. A court of law should put them there. Judges putting representatives in jail for the ruling political party is reason to lose their jobs and legal license. Justice denied is...well you know since you have a very good legal degree.

-Will you do better over sight of our agricultural lands, food, air, fresh water, and drugs?

-Will you assure punishment for drug corporation CEOs who knowingly keep harmful drugs on the market, push up prices, etc.

-Why aren't you joining the demand for Cheney and Bush impeachment? Impeachment is not too late. We can not allow them to leave and not be held accountable for their criminal and treasonous activity. They will return and continue to destroy our democracy and wealth...safety. I don't want to fund their pensions and security when they have destroyed our country in just eight years. It will take us generations to recover and even then we will never be the same country.

-Will you assure us that the Government Accountability Office be funded to monitor all our agencies, etc.?

-Why can't you Senator and Presidential candidate Obama promise to do the above and when will it happen? We demanded many of these things in the 2006 election mandate but have been ignored. We need new party leadership since they let our win in 2006 slip away.

Why aren't you Democrats demanding answers to these questions? When you meet with representatives for office them ask. Coordinate a group to ask each question at a rally,etc.

I'm inviting you bloggers to add to them. I posted this previously and had but one response. Where are you Democrats?
