Is it safe to clean out the 'ignore list'?

At least for a while. Jackson_Democrat was one of them but he's finally gone. So were Herman Munster and Mags. Of course it was racism that got them but I wish there was a more strident policy here for those who purposely try to create discontent. Then my list could be emptied in no time.
