Chris Matthews Admits: MSNBC Bosses Are Pro-War and Pro-Hillary Clinton.
Here's the story from Raw Story and Politico:

MSNBC's Chris Matthews gave a speech last night at Harvard's Institute of Politics Forum where he made a few eye-opening confessions:

"The people I work with--all my bosses--seem to be for Hillary," he added. "I just sense it. They don't actually say it, but there's no sense from the top I can tell you that it's pro-Obama... by any means.

"That's not what I get," he continued. "And it was basically pro-war during the war.. the bosses were. And I was up against that. And if there's anybody telling me to push Obama, I haven't heard it yet. And by the way, they're so fickle.... but there seems to be a New York thing about Hillary. Just the people from... it's like the Yankees and the Mets... it's their thing. You know? It's Hillary. You know? And I feel it. I find it. It's hard to figure sometimes. But I don't know who you are talking about. I know who you are talking about."

2. He's officially lost his mind
Just yesterday, there was a thread here where he was asked if MSNBC supported Obama, and he said, "well, not officially".

11. What's really funny is certain Hillary supporters have claimed that makes them pro-Obama.
Such hilarity.

Matthews is talking in his sleep and if he keeps loosing his tongue like this he'll be sleeping in 13th Avenue.

14. Hehe.. MSNBC is the most anti-Clinton networks there is.
Maybe they've pulled that off DESPITE pressure from the top, but I somewhat doubt it.

As for them being pro-war, even Shep Smith over at FOX news has admitted they went along with the administration on the war, and were lied to. All the media outlets participated in that boondoggle.

Is it wrong to expect the media to report on things that actually happen, the way they actually happen?

We've seen the way the networks pick a candidate in this race, hammer the opposition, then change candidates, hammer the opposition, etc. etc. until everyone hates each other in the name of high ratings. But how does one end that cycle?

40. Not necessarily . . .
According to Wikipedia:

Despite having worked for Democrats, Matthews said, "I'm more conservative than people think I am. ... I voted for George W. Bush in 2000." (From Hardball shows, October 3, 2003 and February 23, 2004)

Frankly, I hope he runs as a Republican. I don't want Tweety on my side.

26. Dan Abrams and Joe (I have a crush on Hillary) Scarborough
are pretty clearly in the pro-Clinton camp. KO pro-Obama. Matthews is torn between his female-issues and his minority-issues. Pat Buchannon couldn't be more pro-Clinton if he tried.

anti-Obama. They wanted to help Clinton deliver the knockout punch to Obama, and it didn't pan out that way, and they are piSSed.

23. Chris was outraged at Operation Chaos - but he's even worse! ->
He did everything he could to trash Obama and throw this whole election process using his power of the media and then he has the gall to act so irate over Limbaugh's dirty tricks!

Quite telling when he was voted among most influential US political pundits by the Telegraph, right along with Karl Rove, Rush Limbaugh, and Sean Hannity!

33. Tweety is lying. MSNBC is against the war and is for McCain and Obama.
MSNBC hired Pat Buchanan to be their isolationist right winger because they speak for the Pentagon and in 2005 the Pentagon decided 1) it did not want to be in Iraq forever and 2) it did not want to invade Iran. Every time Bush tried to invade Iran, MSNBC blows it for him. MSNBC has been shitting all over the Iraq War for three solid years.

Plus the high price of oil is bad for manufacturing and GOP immigration policy is bad for manufacturing.

GE also makes big bucks (billions a year) from nuclear energy. Both McCain and Obama think that nukes are green. GE will be happy with either man. The Pentagon's old brass think they want McCain. The guys in active service want Obama. GE just wants to keep both sides happy.

Clinton is the one person who is not offering them more nuclear power plants.

Never believe Chris Matthews.
