Poll question: If Obama chooses Hillary as his running mate, will you vote for them?
Don't factor in whether it's possible or not, just answer the damn question.

She has fantastically high negatives among independents, and it would suck the idealism right out of the campaign.

20. seniors, single moms, Hispanics, blue collar workers far outnumber independent voters
that's her base. Do the math. He can't win without her. He can draw in those that wouldn't vote for her and vice versa.
Remember, she did do well in the big states. We've got to be smarter than Karl Rove here and maybe more cunning too in order to take back our country in November!

17. Hillary Supporters - Join Us! - Let's make that dream ticket
Please consider contacting both campaigns

We must heal the party. The enthusiasm of both campaigns - if united - Would truly be unstoppable.

A policy wonk - as the tie breaker - VP in the Senate - Is a Win- Win for all of us.

25. There was only one scenario in which I wouldn't have voted Democratic.
That was if Michigan's delegates were used to overturn the nomination by excluding the votes of every person who voted against Hillary. That is no long feasible so I will vote for the Democratic nominee regardless of VP choice.

but I'd have to hold my nose at the polls. I don't think it would happen though because his decision making wouldn't be that poor, and if it were that poor that he chose Hillary as his running mate then I would have to second guess him a lot.

27. It would be a public admission by Obama that he is a liar, that he he isn' t really for change.
And it would be a suicidal move.

It would be an endorsement of race baiting, kitchen sink throwing politics, and it would be a repudiation of Obamas whole campaign message.

So no. I wouldn't vote for anyone that dishonest and stupid.

My country and I deserve better than that. Fortunately, Obama is better than that.

But if he made such a public admission of dishonesty and stupidity, I'd probably write in Kucinich.

But do so knowing we just handed the Senate to the DLC, and they will use everything in their power to undermine Obama's presidency.

This seriously should not happen. I will chalk up posts like this as the "bargaining" stage.

I don't see the point of going on and on about these scenarios which just simply aren't going to happen.

Doesn't anyone here realize that Obama has probably had a long list and a short list of possibilities for VP for quite some time? I'd eat my left arm if Hillary were on either list, much less the short one.

Obama doesn't need boost *kick* from the DLC, and he doesn't have any reason to put one of its members on the ticket. I wish Democrats would rally behind an effort to eject DLC Dems from the party and reclaim it as the party of the people.

42. I'd prefer Ms Clinton for Attorney General
and John Edwards for Supreme Court (after all, he's got trial experience as the GOP likes to remind us).

I'll vote for the Democratic ticket whoever is on it, but I think Clinton's not the right choice for VP. I'd rather see Obama select someone not from the Senate - I'd love to see an Obama/Richardson ticket.

I know you guys will not like this, but I believe Bill got a lot of that money making promises about things he and Hillary will do when she wins the white house.
They are not going to want to wait around for another 4 to 8 years to get the top spot. Obama would be taken out by the DC sniper 5 mins after he is sworn in.

I know this will tick off a few of you die hard Hillary supporters. And wether you believe what the Right-Wing conspiracy dug up or not, there are a lot of dead bodies around them.

My favorite is the guy who died of natural causes with no head.
Or the girl who committed sucide shooting herself in the back of the head.
The most memoriable Ron Brown's Body found with a small round hole in the top his head after the plan crash the killed him.
