Hillary Asking For Money Yesterday Really, Really, Really Bothered Me.
During the very begining of her speech last night Hillary made the request for more donations. This call for dollars really, really pissed me off. Here is a Person who knows damn well she CANNOT WIN, yet she is asking her supporters to give her more money.

WHY!?

How on Earth could anyone in good conscience ask people who are struggling to give her money knowing full well it's complete and utter bullshit.

People sometimes support their candidates so much or are way to busy to see the raw numbers to realize that it's all for naught.

How could a person who constantly talks about fighting for us is simply using her dearest, dedicated supporters to help her get out of debt.

I find it despicable and frankly the worst thing she has done in her campaign that has been nothing short of pure evil.

Hillary supporters take your scarce dollars and put it toward something that matters, like Habitat for Humanity or another great cause. Do not waste your hard earned money to pull an egomaniac out of debt.

12. All she has to do is write a book
and she'll have the money back in no time. Her supporters will line up to buy it. No problem. So get out already Hillary.

11. Spending it, or loaning it?
Unless I'm mistaken she loaned her campaign money last time rather than gave it, given that last I heard she's had some 109 million family income over recent years I'd think she could make it a donation if she didn't this time. Poor form at this point to ask donations of others and make it a loan yourself I'd think.

3. I thought she knew how hard the working class were struggling? Yet she doesn't hesitate to
ask them for donations. The Clintons have made millions selling out the middle class. They should fund their own campaign.

Probably the first time in her life she felt a bite.

5. camera shots at time showed some uncomfortable audience members
At least that was my interpretation. I was pretty shocked she said that, if only because it was so unstrategic. Was it my imagination or was there a barely perceptible gasp in the audience? The camera focused on a few middle-aged, "Letter-Carriers" poster-holding women right after Clinton made that appeal. They had that look you see on someone when they feel icky but don't know exactly why--their body stiffens, they look around a little not knowing how to respond, there's some faint applause, and some of the momentum from the previous group cheers and chants is lost.

OTOH, didn't anybody else have terrible amp feedback on Obama's speech? I live in Raleigh, NC and tried it on every news channel and CSPAN and the feedback was terrible. I don't know if it was my cable or bad sound management at his HQ.

6. Don't let it bother you. She needs to minimize her debt before she can officially concede, which she
will do sometime this month.

13. Or a Republican Limbaugh "dittohead", craving continued Democratic chaos
Lots of people have talked about how Hillary "won" TX, PA, OH, and IN with strategic votes from McCain supporters. But I wonder also how much of Hillary's campaign cash has come from Republicans. It's hard for a Republican to vote more than once, but much easier for a wealthy Republican to funnel tens of thousands of dollars Hillary's way through various legal and illegal conduits.

14. Strengthening her position before the convention is a reasonable goal...
...at least insofar as it can't be proven to do long-term harm to the Party. She's had to spend big time to get as far as she has.
