"Full speed ahead" and straight into a wall
It was predictable that Hillary wouldn't take the hint from voters last night and stay in the race. It's also predictable what an utter waste of time the next month will be.

More taunting of Obama's "inability" to win "working class" white votes.

More pointless calls for debates.

More claims that Obama wants to disenfranchise Florida and Michigan.

More "doubts" about Obama's relative electability, which the media will parrot incessantly.

More money diverted from the general election to the primary season.

More division within the party as Hillary's one issue-related strategy, the gas tax holiday, has tanked with voters. She has no choice but to attack Obama directly and constantly.

More smooth media sailing for John McCain.

For all of that, most of the damage she'll inflict will be on herself. The SD's will continue to flock to Obama and the party's preference for him will become increasingly clear in the next month. Obama will win half of the remaining contests and her competitive position will be worse on June 3 than it is today. The hopelessness of her cause will become a national joke.

Go Hillary.

1. If she continues to attack our nominee...
she will be tossed out of the party.

3. I'm miffed, too. This means still more bullshit accusations from the Obamites.

For any normal readers who have missed the Hillary-bashing pattern (repeated every day at DU) here's how it breaks down:

1. Make up bullshit accusation against Hillary.
2. Believe your own bullshit (rather like sticking your head up your own ass).
3. Spread the bullshit around; repeat the bullshit endlessly.
4. Personally attack anyone who tries to defend Hillary. Call them racists. Get really personal.
5. Put all debunkings, refutations, and lucid discussion on ignore. (This step is especially important because--as you may have forgotten--you made up the bullshit accusation in the first place.)
6. Rail about how evil Hillary is, because of all these bullshit accusations you made up and spread around. The wingers would be proud of you!
7. Repeat till GD-P becomes a seething morass of divisive mayhem.

6. Whats the difference anyway
They both have raised hundreds of millions of dollars from corporate interests. Even really nasty ones like Monsanto. And whats the difference between either of the dems and McCain. Whoever wins in the fall we will quickly set about OBLITERATING Iran.
