I was half asleep and then I heard Abrams abruptly be like rachel..rachel...she's been with us all day she's gonna mist the band... and I was like wtf just happened?

It is the only time on TV when I have ever seen Buchanan shaking his head at a woman, not because he thinks he's made her look foolish, but because she made his comments irrelevant!!

He seems so in love with the sound of his own voice. He steps on other people's points all the time, as if his is the only opinion that matters. Keith never interrupts his guests, he usually lets them finish a thought before interrupting.

16. In context: Rachel and Pat for a long while were MSNBC analysts.

They used to sit next to each other on MSNBC where they did a sort of point-counterpoint thing. She loves TV, (pays well I suspect), and the TV loves her. Pat on the other hand was out of his element against Rachel Maddow and I think he knew it.

She often complained that it seemed as if they were joined at the hip. She gets far more air time these days and I don't see the two together as often. I suspect that Rachel found Pat amusing because she so easily beat up on him when she wanted to...usually Pat was too dense to notice though. (She even chased Scarborough off of a set one night...)

The first time I heard her say the 'joined at the hip' expression on her radio show, I found it rip-roaring hilarious. Pat BUCHANON an over the hill washed up neo-con koolaid distributer and Rachel Maddow a liberal Rhodes Scholar newsjunkie with a PHD in Poly-Sci and that wicked sense of irony JOINED AT THE HIP???

Oh and BTW, if you hadn't noticed, I absolutely adore her! It is my fondest hope that she gets her own show on MSNBC soon.
