Okay, in NC: 45 for BO, 37 for HRC. Where are the other 33 delegates

Okay, in NC: 45 for BO, 37 for HRC. Where are the other 33 delegates
According to CNN, North Carolina has 115 pledged delegates. They are reporting 45 for Obama and 37 for Clinton with 99% of precincts reporting in.

So where are the other 33 delegates?



Similarly, there are 72 pledged in Indiana. Clinton has 37, Obama has 33, that's 70. Where are the other two?

I just got back from work, so I'm basically clueless as to what happened tonight.
