95% of the vote in and it's stilltoo close?????? That's a real shocker!

4. You can have 99% of the precincts in and if that 1% has 50,000 votes - well......

The % of precincts doesn't really matter. It's potential votes still out. They know how large the precincts still out are/are not. Hence, too close to call.

and most of the numbers of voters are in the two counties just reporting, Obama territory

They are what 10K voters apart right now?

and its big Obama land. 25% of Lake so far had it for Obama 27K to 6K.
