It looks like Hillary will go on, and she will undoubtedly seek a floor vote at the convention in August.

11. No, it's over.
There's nothing left for her to grab for - even with MI and FL she won't have enough of the popular vote or pledged delegates to make a case for prolonging this. And even if she wanted to, the money won't be there for her to continue.

18. A campaing staffer, supporter, or surrogate can not take the lead in backing away from a contest

before the candidate officially decides to send that signal. The spokesperson can later fall on their sword if the candidate reverses the position, but it is absolutely inappropriate for a spokesperson to close out their candidate's options on their own. They must present a fighting posture until the candidate says not to fight.
