2. Time for us to start getting used to the phrase "President Obama."
Edited on Tue May-06-08 11:13 PM by TheWraith
It's good of you to be sportsmanlike. We have a nominee--it's time to unify and start killing Republicans. Metaphorically, of course.

4. Hillary has canceled tomorrow's appearances...
Russert believes it's over for her and so do I.

I still think she's the best for the job, but Obama will do a fine job as well.

:toast:

It's time to unite the party and get our guy elected.

Look at Indiana. Wait, wait. Look at Indiana. fifty one, forty nine. It doesn't matter if we win. Those people are shitting (oh, excuse me) in the Hill House. How would you like to be... Look at North Carolina, go down to North Carolina.

10. It looks like it.
For even if Obama loses Indiana. He is close enough to Clinton there that the supers will still go to him.

I heard in another thread that They want Clinton to go till the end (The deal) so that Obama does not lose to a suspended campaign.

This is likely why she acted like she won. The supers may have made a deal giving her ONE LAST chance if she will stay in till June.

19. I don't think they'll have a choice
They won't be able to spin McCain positive in any way. Obama will wipe the floor with him, and he'll do it so smoothly that McCain himself will have to consider who he votes for in November.

I was an Edwards man. I know how hard it is to see your candidate go down. But I promise you, supporting Obama is an easy transition to make!

23. OK, so how can we get her involved in an Obama administration?
She's had some stellar successes in educational reform in Arkansas. Or maybe Senator for Life would be more to her taste? I don't think she'd go for vice-president, myself.

26. Awesome. Thats the spirit that will recapture the WH!!!
That is ALL that matters. I have said the same thing before and I continue to say that now. Hillary or Barack would be light-years ahead of a McConfused presidency.
