Look at when Lake County has historically reported its vote. It's always late. In fact, a few years ago they had it so screwed up that they didn't post the results until the following day. Can't blame that on Obama.

Obama already earlier congratulated her on her seeming victory in Indiana. Yes he included the "seeming" part and she didn't, but she was talking to a room full of supporters in Indiana who have worked their hearts out for her to probably gave her a very narrow victory there. At least one network called Indiana for Clinton, there is no harm here, no real foul. In the same speech she repeated that she will work her heart out for the Democratic nominee whoever that is.
